Anti-Money Laundering Policy
1. Introduction
We are committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing and all other forms of financial crime on our platform. We operate with zero tolerance for any activity that seeks to conceal the source of illicit funds, to disguise proceeds of crime, or to use our services to move or store criminal assets.
This policy is based on applicable anti-money laundering laws, the requirements of our gaming licence and established international standards. It sets out the obligations we apply to customers and the controls we use to detect, prevent and report suspicious activity.
This Anti‑Money Laundering Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions. By registering an account with us and using our services you accept and agree to comply with this policy.
2. What is money laundering?
Money laundering is the process by which the origin of criminally obtained funds is concealed so that they appear legitimate. In plain language, it includes:
- Concealing the illegal origin of money so it appears to come from lawful activity.
- Converting, transferring or moving criminal proceeds to hide their source or ownership.
- Acquiring, holding or using property or funds that are known to be the proceeds of crime.
- Assisting, facilitating, or attempting any of the actions above.
Terrorist financing is treated within the same framework: providing, collecting or using funds to support terrorism or extremist activity is prohibited and will be acted upon. These rules apply even when the underlying criminal activity occurred outside the jurisdiction where you live.
3. Your obligations as a player
When you register and use our services you confirm and agree that:
- All information provided during registration and at any later time is true, complete and kept up to date.
- You are of legal age to gamble under the laws that apply to you.
- You play only for yourself and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
- The funds you deposit originate from legitimate, lawful sources.
- You will hold only one account with us and will not sell, transfer or allow third parties to use your account or payment methods.
- You will promptly provide any information or documents we request to satisfy our verification, monitoring or compliance obligations.
Failing to meet these obligations may result in account restrictions, delayed or declined withdrawals, or account closure.
4. Customer verification (due diligence)
We verify the identity of every customer to ensure account details are genuine and to confirm that payment methods are owned and used lawfully.
What we may request
- A valid government‑issued photo identity document (for example, passport or national identity card).
- A recent proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement).
- Evidence that you own or control the payment method used for deposits (for example, a screenshot or a document from your payment provider).
- A live selfie or a selfie with your identity document to confirm identity.
- A declaration of source of funds or source of wealth, supported by relevant documents when necessary.
When verification is required
- Before your first withdrawal.
- When your deposits or withdrawals reach certain levels or where linked transactions indicate increased risk.
- If we suspect money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or other criminal activity.
- If previously supplied information looks doubtful, inconsistent or out of date.
- At any other time at our discretion where verification is necessary to meet legal or regulatory obligations.
If you do not provide the requested documents within the period we specify, your account may be restricted, deposits may be blocked and withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is completed. Verification may be performed with the assistance of a regulated identity verification provider.
5. Enhanced due diligence, PEPs and sanctions
Where the risk of misuse is higher we apply additional checks and controls.
Higher-risk situations include, but are not limited to:
- Customers who are politically exposed persons (PEPs), their family members or close associates.
- Customers resident in jurisdictions that present increased risk or that are subject to sanctions.
- Use of payment methods that allow a high degree of anonymity.
- Unusual or large activity compared with the customer’s declared profile and expected behaviour.
Possible enhanced measures
- Requesting documented evidence of source of funds and source of wealth (for example, pay slips, business income statements, sale of assets or bank savings).
- Obtaining additional information about your occupation, business relationships and expected account activity.
- Requiring senior management approval to continue a business relationship.
- Applying closer and more frequent transaction monitoring.
We screen all customers against recognised sanctions lists and PEP registers at registration and on an ongoing basis. A match against a sanctions list will result in the immediate freezing of the account and funds while we comply with legal obligations. Residents of restricted countries listed in our Terms and Conditions are not permitted to open an account.
6. Transaction monitoring
We continuously monitor accounts and transactions using a risk‑based combination of automated tools and manual review.
Examples of activity that may trigger a review
- Depositing funds and promptly withdrawing them with minimal or no gameplay.
- Using different payment methods, accounts or third parties for deposits and withdrawals.
- Frequent or unexplained changes to personal or payment details.
- Evidence of multiple accounts or suspected collusion between players.
- Transactions that are inconsistent with the customer’s stated income, occupation or historical activity.
- Reluctance or refusal to provide requested information or documents.
Where a review is triggered we may request further information and documentation from you, and we will assess whether your account activity complies with this policy and with applicable laws.
7. Deposits and withdrawals
- Withdrawals are available only to accounts that have been satisfactorily verified.
- Where reasonably possible, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Deposited funds are intended for gameplay. Withdrawals of deposited funds that have not been wagered may be declined.
- The holder of the casino account must be the legal holder of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals; third‑party payments are not accepted.
- We do not accept cash deposits.
These measures help ensure that funds moving through accounts are traceable and legitimately controlled by the account holder.
8. Reporting and consequences
We are legally required to report suspicious activity to the competent authorities, and the law may prohibit us from informing you if such a report has been made.
If we suspect money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or a breach of this policy we may take one or more of the following steps:
- Delay, decline or reverse transactions.
- Freeze or withhold funds.
- Suspend access to your account or close your account.
- Return funds to the original source when doing so does not conflict with legal or regulatory obligations.
- Provide information and records to law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required.
These actions are taken to protect our customers, our operations and to comply with legal and regulatory duties.
9. Record keeping
We retain verification documents, transaction records and supporting materials in a secure manner for the period required by law after the end of the business relationship.
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is shared only where necessary to meet legal obligations, with competent authorities or with service providers who assist us in meeting our compliance responsibilities.
10. How we manage this policy
- A designated compliance officer oversees the implementation of this policy, customer due diligence, ongoing monitoring and reporting obligations.
- We apply a risk‑based approach when assessing customers, countries, products and payment channels.
- Relevant staff receive regular, role‑appropriate AML training to ensure awareness and effective application of controls.
- We work only with payment service providers and other partners that maintain effective anti‑money laundering controls.
