Terms and Conditions
1. General
1.1 These Terms and Conditions set out the contract between you and us governing your access to and use of our website, gaming services, sportsbook and related products (the Services). The Services are operated by us under a valid online gaming licence. By registering for an account, placing bets, making deposits or otherwise using the Services you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and any other policies and rules expressly referenced herein.1.2 The following documents form part of your agreement with us and apply in addition to these Terms: our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Bonus Terms, Responsible Gambling Policy, AML Policy, KYC Policy and Sports Betting Rules. Where a matter is covered in a specific policy or rule, that document will apply in addition to these Terms.
1.3 These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and us. You should read them carefully and keep a copy for your records. If you do not agree to these Terms you must not register for an account or use the Services.
1.4 We may amend these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes in advance by email to the address you provided at registration or by a prominent notice on the website. Minor changes may be published without direct notice. Your continued use of the Services after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.5 If there is any conflict between translations of these Terms, the English version prevails.
1.6 Where we act in a discretionary capacity under these Terms (for example, to suspend offers or refuse transactions), we will exercise that discretion fairly, transparently and in good faith. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least eighteen years of age, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to register and use the Services. By registering you confirm that you meet this age requirement.2.2 You must be legally permitted to gamble online in the jurisdiction where you are located when using the Services. It is your responsibility to check and comply with local laws and regulations that apply to online gambling in your country or region. We do not accept liability for your failure to comply with applicable local law.
2.3 Residents of countries where we do not accept players (restricted countries) are not eligible to register or play. Information about restricted jurisdictions is available on request. If you attempt to register from a restricted jurisdiction, we will refuse registration and may retain funds in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
2.4 Some games, payment options or promotional offers may be unavailable to players from particular jurisdictions due to provider restrictions or regulatory requirements. Where this applies, the unavailable element will not form part of your agreement with us.
2.5 Employees of our company, our commercial partners who have access to privileged information, and their immediate family members are not permitted to open accounts or participate in promotions unless expressly authorised in writing by us.
2.6 You agree to use the Services for personal, recreational purposes only. You may not use the Services for business, professional gambling, arbitrage or other commercial activities unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
3. Registration and your account
3.1 Only one account is permitted per individual person. We also restrict multiple accounts per household, email address, telephone number, payment card, bank account, IP address or device. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts will result in their closure, the forfeiture of balances and denial of winnings.3.2 When registering you must provide true, accurate and complete information. You must keep your registration information up to date and notify us immediately if any details change.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account you must notify us immediately.
3.4 Accounts are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned. Any attempt to transfer an account or use it on behalf of a third party will result in account suspension and the voiding of bets and winnings.
3.5 The account currency is chosen at registration. Once an account currency is selected it cannot be changed. If you deposit in a different currency the transaction will be converted at the rate applied by the payment provider or our systems, and conversion charges may apply.
3.6 We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or close accounts where we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, or activity that jeopardises the security or integrity of our Services. When we take such action we will notify you and set out the reason, except where doing so would be unlawful or prejudicial to an investigation.
4. Verification
4.1 We may require you to verify your identity, age, address, payment method and source of funds at any time, and we will do so in accordance with applicable law and our KYC Policy and AML Policy. Verification requests may be made at registration, before a withdrawal, after a deposit, periodically during normal account operation or when risk triggers are met.4.2 Until requested verification documents are provided and accepted by us, certain account functions may be suspended. This includes withdrawals, promotions, use of certain payment methods and, in some cases, placing bets.
4.3 You must provide true and complete documentation in the form requested. The provision of forged, altered or fraudulent documentation, or material misrepresentation of information, will result in immediate account suspension, closure and the forfeiture of funds. We will retain records related to such matters for the period required by law.
4.4 If you refuse to complete verification or fail to provide documents within a reasonable time, or if verification checks produce unsatisfactory results, we may terminate your account and retain funds only to the extent necessary to satisfy outstanding liabilities, investigations or regulatory obligations.
4.5 Further detail on required documentation and verification processes is set out in our KYC Policy and AML Policy, which form part of these Terms.
5. Deposits
5.1 The payment methods available to you and the minimum and maximum deposit amounts are shown in the cashier. We may add or remove payment methods at our discretion.5.2 You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Use of third‑party payment methods is prohibited except where we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
5.3 Funds deposited into your account must be used for gaming activity. Where a deposit is refundable under our policies, we will refund only amounts that have not been wagered or used, subject to any processing or payment provider charges.
5.4 We may refuse, reverse or retain deposits that appear suspicious, are irregular, or are contrary to applicable law or these Terms. We will notify you of the reason where we are permitted to do so.
5.5 We may require additional information about deposits, including documentation to confirm the legitimacy of funds or the source of wealth. Failure to provide such information may result in suspension of deposits and account activity.
5.6 Where promotions or bonuses require a qualifying deposit, the terms of the offer and any eligible payment methods are specified in the Bonus Terms. Deposits made using excluded methods will not qualify.
6. Withdrawals
6.1 The minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, processing times and any limits by transaction, day or month are displayed in the cashier. Withdrawal limits may differ according to your account verification status and loyalty tier.6.2 Withdrawals are processed after internal review and approval. We aim to process withdrawals within a reasonable time following approval. Payment provider and banking processing times are outside our control and may extend the time until you receive funds.
6.3 Where possible, we will return funds to the same payment method used for deposit. If this is not possible we will use another method at our discretion. We will not send funds to third parties.
6.4 Large sums may be paid in instalments in order to comply with our payment processing rules, liquidity considerations or to meet regulatory obligations. The instalment schedule will be reasonable and proportionate to the amount involved.
6.5 Pending withdrawals can be cancelled by you while they remain in an unprocessed state. Once a withdrawal has been processed and released to a payment provider it cannot be cancelled. Where a withdrawal is cancelled, any funds returned to your account will be credited in the same currency and may be subject to conversion rules if required.
6.6 We may withhold or delay a withdrawal where:
- additional verification is required;
- there is a dispute about the account ownership or activity;
- there is suspected fraud, unauthorised use, money laundering or other unlawful activity; or
- required by applicable law or a competent authority.
6.7 If your account is closed by you or by us, outstanding withdrawals will be processed in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws, subject to verification and entitlement checks.
7. Fees, taxes and currencies
7.1 We do not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals unless expressly stated in the cashier. Payment providers, banks or intermediary services may apply fees, conversion charges or other costs which are your responsibility.7.2 You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes on winnings in accordance with your local tax laws. We do not provide tax advice and you should consult a professional adviser if you are unsure of your obligations.
7.3 Transactions may be carried out in the account currency you selected at registration. Where a deposit or withdrawal involves a currency conversion, the conversion will be carried out at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction as determined by the payment provider or our processing systems. Such conversions may result in a rate or fee that differs from market rates.
7.4 We reserve the right to introduce fees or change currency conversion arrangements with prior notice. Changes will not be applied retrospectively to completed transactions.
8. Refunds and chargebacks
8.1 Refunds of deposits may be authorised in certain circumstances, for example where no bets have been placed using the deposited funds, or where the payment provider requires a refund. Any refund will be reduced by any fees charged by the payment provider.8.2 If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider you must notify us immediately. Unauthorised chargebacks may be treated as fraud. We may suspend your account, void bets and winnings, and take recovery action for the disputed amount.
8.3 Where a chargeback is successful in favour of the player, we will attempt to resolve the matter with you and the payment provider. If a chargeback is reversed or recovered by us, we will debit your account for the disputed amount. If your account balance is insufficient we may take other recovery actions, including legal proceedings.
8.4 Repeated chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by you may lead to account closure and the retention of funds pending resolution.
8.5 If you believe you are entitled to a refund under these Terms, you must provide full details and any required documentation. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable time.
9. Bonuses and promotions
9.1 All bonus offers, promotional campaigns and loyalty rewards are governed by our Bonus Terms together with any specific rules published for a promotion. These documents form part of your agreement with us.9.2 Bonuses and promotional offers are intended for fair recreational play. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or remove bonuses and promotional benefits if we reasonably suspect fraud, bonus abuse, multiple accounts, unusual betting patterns designed to avoid wagering requirements, or other breaches of these Terms.
9.3 Only one bonus or promotional offer may be active on an account at any one time unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion rules. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until wagering and other conditions set out in the Bonus Terms are met.
9.4 We will credit bonuses and free bets in accordance with the applicable promotion rules. Where free spins or free bets are provided, any winnings will be subject to the relevant wagering or conversion rules set out in the Bonus Terms.
9.5 We may refuse to pay out winnings derived from a bonus where:
- the bonus was activated without a qualifying deposit as required;
- wagering requirements have not been met within the time specified;
- the maximum permitted stake while a bonus is active has been exceeded;
- the bonus has been used in combination with a disallowed staking strategy; or
- the account has been engaged in behaviour constituting abuse of the promotion.
9.6 Disputes arising from bonuses and promotions will be dealt with in accordance with these Terms and the procedure set out in our Bonus Terms. You have the right to raise concerns and to request an internal review of our decision.
9.7 Promotional terms, eligible games, contribution rates to wagering requirements and time limits for using bonus funds are set out in the Bonus Terms. You should read those rules carefully before accepting any offer.
9.8 We may, at our discretion, withdraw or alter a promotion if continued operation would be unfair or impracticable. Material changes will be notified in advance where reasonably possible.
10. Sports betting: acceptance and settlement (summary)
10.1 Sports bets placed through our Services are governed by these Terms and by our Sports Betting Rules. The Sports Betting Rules set out the detailed treatment of markets, bet types, acceptance times, odds, and settlement procedures, and form part of your agreement with us.10.2 Placing a bet constitutes an offer to us to accept the stake at the price shown. We are not obliged to accept a bet until it has been expressly accepted by our systems. Bets placed after the relevant event has started, after a market has been suspended, or where the stated odds were manifestly erroneous are void.
10.3 Prices and outcomes shown on the website are subject to correction in the event of manifest error. We will correct erroneous prices where practicable and reasonable. If a bet has been accepted at an obviously wrong price, we may void the bet.
10.4 Where a market is subject to postponement, abandonment, cancellation or rescheduling, bets will be settled in accordance with the Sports Betting Rules. Where applicable rules are ambiguous, we will apply common industry practice and make a fair determination.
10.5 Only bets placed and recorded in your account will be eligible for settlement. If a technical error leads to a bet not being recorded, we will endeavour to restore the correct position or refund as appropriate.
10.6 Multiple bets and accumulators are settled in accordance with the Sports Betting Rules. Slip cancellations are allowed only while the bet remains unaccepted and subject to any technical constraints.
10.7 We reserve the right to limit stakes, void or restrict bets where we reasonably suspect abnormal betting patterns, bonus abuse, insider information, or behaviour that threatens the integrity of our markets.
11. Account restrictions, suspension and termination
11.1 We may impose temporary restrictions on your account at any time where:- verification is outstanding;- suspicious, fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected;- there is a dispute over account ownership or transaction history;- you request a self‑imposed limit or time‑out; or- otherwise required by applicable law or regulation.11.2 If we suspend your account we will notify you of the reason where it is lawful and practicable to do so. During suspension you will not be able to place bets, withdraw funds or use promotional offers unless we state otherwise.
11.3 We may terminate or close your account where:
- you materially breach these Terms;
- you provide false or misleading information during registration or verification;
- you are found to be operating multiple accounts or engaging in collusion; or
- we are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.
11.4 On termination of your account by either party, any outstanding bets will be settled in accordance with the normal settlement rules, and any funds due to you will be paid after verification and deduction of any amounts owed to us. We will notify you of the reasons for termination where permitted by law.
11.5 If your account is closed for disciplinary reasons, we may forfeit promotional balances and associated winnings in line with these Terms and the Bonus Terms. Real‑money balances that are rightly due to you will be returned following verification and compliance with AML checks.
11.6 You may close your account at any time by contacting us and following the account closure process. Closure does not affect bets already placed or obligations outstanding at the time of closure.
